House of Gainz is an independent gym in Bramley, Leeds, created around the things that actually matter: equipment, atmosphere, space and community.
Every piece of kit is selected to help members train harder and smarter. Dedicated areas for legs, back, shoulders, arms and chest sit alongside a serious free-weights area and mezzanine cardio floor.
Membership numbers are capped to protect the training environment. You get room to work, people who respect the gym and a community that welcomes experienced lifters and new starters alike.

The equipment
Hand-selected. No filler.
Train with equipment from Gym Leco, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness, Nytram and Precor. The gym is laid out by training area, with heavy dumbbells, specialist machines and a cardio mezzanine overlooking the main floor.
