The House Of Gainz is spread over a ground floor industrial mill building.

Hand picking the best of the best equipment ranging from Gym Leco, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness, Nytram & Precor to name a few you can rest assured you're coming to a gym with equipment that is built to last and built for gainz!

The gym is sectioned into specific muscle group areas for legs, back, shoulders & arms, chest and a free weights area with dumbbells upto 80KG. Along with a dedicated cardio area upon our mezzanine floor over looking the main gym space we really have maximised our facility to provide the best environment for all your fitness and bodybuilding requirements. Our changing facilities also have showers onsite to accommodate those who wish to freshen up after a hardworking session at the gym. ​

We have fully operating reception serving supplements & food to accommodate your pre & post workout nutrition and access to a large carpark dedicated to the mill we reside within so parking is never an issue.
